Spicy Soy-Roasted Almonds

A crunchy and flavorful snack made with almonds roasted in a spicy soy sauce mixture.

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Toss almonds in the mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Spread almonds on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and fragrant.
  6. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
  • Adjust cayenne pepper for more or less heat.
