Spicy Roasted Edamame

A simple and healthy snack made by roasting edamame with spices.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen edamame (shelled)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss edamame with olive oil and spices.
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway.
  5. Let cool before serving.
