  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss shrimp and peppers with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread evenly on a sheet pan.
  4. Top with lemon slices.
