Sheet Pan Fish Tacos

Easy and flavorful fish tacos made on a sheet pan for quick cleanup.

  • 1 lb white fish fillets (like cod or tilapia)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place fish fillets on a sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
  5. Warm tortillas in oven for 1 minute.
  6. Flake fish into pieces.
  7. Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  8. Serve with lime wedges.
