  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix sesame seeds, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, and honey.
  4. Brush the salmon fillets with the oil mixture.
  5. Press the salmon into the sesame seed mixture, coating both sides.
  6. Place salmon on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Serve immediately.
