  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, and seeds.
  3. Add olive oil, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway to prevent burning.
  6. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
