Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale, stems removed and torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Wash and dry the kale thoroughly.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the kale with olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Spread the kale evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy.
  7. Let cool before serving.
