Salt & Pepper Crispy Tofu Cubes

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
  2. Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Toss tofu with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook tofu for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
