Roasted Chili Chickpeas

Crispy roasted chickpeas with chili for a flavorful, healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Dry chickpeas with a towel and remove loose skins.
  3. Toss chickpeas with olive oil, chili powder, salt, garlic powder, and cumin.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast 25-30 minutes, shaking pan halfway, until crispy.
