Roasted Chili Chickpeas

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chickpeas dry with paper towels.
  3. Toss chickpeas with olive oil and spices.
  4. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 30-35 minutes until crispy.
