1 cup quinoa
1 tablespoon oil (optional)

Instructions
Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water.
Drain and spread it on a baking sheet to dry for 30 minutes.
Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the quinoa.
Stir constantly for 5-7 minutes until the quinoa puffs up.
Remove from heat and let cool before using as a topping.
