Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, heat honey and coconut oil over low heat until melted.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Add puffed quinoa and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared tray and let it cool.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.
