15-Minute Crispy Parmesan Edamame – Irresistible Protein Snack

Parmesan Edamame

A quick and easy high-protein snack made with edamame and parmesan, perfect for keto diets and cooked in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shelled edamame
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss edamame with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the edamame in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the edamame and air fry for another 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Serve warm.

  • Use fresh or thawed frozen edamame.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
