Oven-Fried Calamari

Crispy oven-fried calamari with a golden crust and tender interior.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb calamari rings
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Beat eggs in another bowl.
  4. Dip calamari rings in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
