Napa Cabbage Crunch

A fresh and crunchy salad made with napa cabbage, carrots, and a tangy dressing.

  • 1 medium napa cabbage, shredded
  • 2 large carrots, julienned
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine napa cabbage, carrots, and green onions.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss well.
  4. Sprinkle with almonds and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add chopped peanuts or crispy wonton strips.
