Crispy mustard green chips that are easy to make and packed with flavor. A great alternative to store-bought snacks.

  • 1 bunch fresh mustard greens
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry the mustard greens.
  3. Tear leaves into chip-sized pieces.
  4. Toss them with olive oil and salt.
  5. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
