  • 1/2 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Mix all seeds and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add water and stir well. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread the mixture thinly on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until crispy.
  6. Break into pieces once cooled.
