Keto Cheese Crackers

Crispy and savory keto cheese crackers perfect for a low-carb snack.

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded cheese, almond flour, butter, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. Knead the dough until well combined.
  4. Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  5. Cut into small squares or desired shapes.
  6. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  7. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • For extra crispiness, bake a few minutes longer.
