Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the beet roots.
  2. Slice them into thin, even pieces.
  3. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
  4. Spread the beet slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 4-6 hours until completely dry.
  6. Let the beet slices cool, then grind them into a fine powder using a blender or spice grinder.
  7. Store in an airtight container.

  • Use gloves to avoid staining your hands.
  • For faster drying, use a food dehydrator.
