1 cup red lentils
2 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Rinse the red lentils and soak them in water for 2 hours.
Drain the lentils and blend them with water, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the lentil mixture thinly on the baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.
Let cool, then break into chips and serve.
