Garlic Herb Chickpeas

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add chickpeas, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
