Ingredients
Scale
1 medium head cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix sesame seeds, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
Roll each floret in the sesame seed mixture, pressing lightly to help the coating stick.
Place coated florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
Replace breadcrumbs with almond flour for a gluten-free version.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
