  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flaxseeds, water, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
  4. Spread the mixture thinly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  6. Let cool, then break into pieces.
