Air Fryer Pita Chips

Crispy homemade pita chips made in the air fryer. Perfect for dipping in hummus or enjoying as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 pita bread rounds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut pita bread into 8 wedges per round.
  3. Separate wedges into single layers.
  4. Toss pita wedges with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Spread in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 4 minutes, flip, then cook another 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Let cool before serving.
