Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Peel the pineapple and slice it into thin rounds.
  3. Pat the slices dry with a paper towel.
  4. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, then flip and bake for another 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven when dried but still slightly flexible.
