1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
Cut the watermelon into thin slices, about 1/4 inch thick.
Remove the rind and seeds if desired.
Optional: Brush slices with lemon juice to enhance flavor.
Arrange slices on a dehydrator tray without overlapping.
Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for 6-8 hours or until chewy.
