Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the pears into thin pieces.
  2. Mix lemon juice with water in a bowl.
  3. Dip pear slices in the lemon water to prevent browning.
  4. Arrange slices on a dehydrator tray.
  5. Dehydrate at 135°F for 6-8 hours.
  6. Let cool before storing.
