  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the kiwis and slice them into thin rounds.
  2. If using, lightly brush the slices with lemon juice to preserve color.
  3. Arrange the slices on a dehydrator tray without overlapping.
  4. Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for 6-8 hours or until crisp.
  5. Let cool before storing in an airtight container.
