Instructions

  1. Preheat your dehydrator to 135°F (57°C).
  2. Wash and thinly slice grapefruits into 1/4-inch rounds.
  3. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  4. Arrange slices on dehydrator trays without overlapping.
  5. Dehydrate for 8-10 hours or until completely dry and crisp.
  6. Let cool before storing in an airtight container.
