Crispy Tofu Bites

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Toss the tofu cubes in the mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange tofu on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use extra-firm tofu for the best texture.
  • Let the tofu press for at least 15 minutes to remove moisture.
  • Air fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes for a crispier result.
