Crispy potato skin chips made from leftover potato peels. A simple, tasty snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups potato skins (from about 4-5 potatoes)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potato skins with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Spread skins in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
  5. Flip halfway through cooking.
  6. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Use leftover peels from peeled potatoes.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
