  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut fish fillets into strips.
  2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
  4. Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  5. Coat each fish strip in flour, dip in egg, then press into panko.
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry fish strips for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  8. Drain on paper towels before serving.
