1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss mushroom slices in olive oil, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve immediately.
