Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Remove outer leaves and cut cabbage into 1-inch thick slices
  3. Brush both sides with olive oil
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
  5. Place on baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes
  6. Flip and roast for another 15 minutes until edges are crispy
  7. Serve warm
