  • 500g ground chicken
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  2. Sauté garlic and ginger in olive oil.
  3. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in quinoa, carrots, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spoon mixture onto cabbage leaves.
