Crispy buffalo cauliflower wings are a delicious vegetarian alternative to traditional wings. They’re perfect for game day or as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt in a bowl to make batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets in batter, letting excess drip off. Place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
  5. Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
  6. Toss baked cauliflower in sauce mixture.
  7. Return to oven for 5 minutes to crisp.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, spray cauliflower with oil before baking
  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • Adjust sauce amount to your preferred spice level
