- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt in a bowl to make batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets in batter, letting excess drip off. Place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
- Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
- Toss baked cauliflower in sauce mixture.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes to crisp.
