Air Fryer Sweet Potato Coins

Crispy and healthy sweet potato coins made in the air fryer with minimal oil.

Ingredients

  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice sweet potato into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  2. Toss slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 5-8 minutes until crispy.
