Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Crispy and flavorful air fryer potato wedges make a perfect side dish or snack. They are easy to prepare and healthier than deep-fried alternatives.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
  2. Soak wedges in cold water for 10 minutes, then pat dry.
  3. Toss wedges with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
