Air Fryer Fish Fillets

Crispy and delicious fish fillets cooked in an air fryer for a healthier meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 fish fillets (white fish like cod or tilapia)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil and lemon juice.
  5. Sprinkle the spice mix evenly over the fillets.
  6. Coat the fillets lightly with breadcrumbs.
  7. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  9. Serve hot with lemon wedges.

  • Use fresh or thawed fillets for best results.
  • Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the fillets.
