Crispy and flavorful Brussels sprouts made in an air fryer for a quick and healthy side dish.

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Optional: Add grated Parmesan cheese after cooking.
