Cocoa Dusted Almonds

A simple and healthy snack of almonds coated in cocoa powder for a sweet and crunchy treat.

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almonds with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  3. Toss the coated almonds in cocoa powder until fully covered.
  4. Spread the almonds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • Use raw almonds for best results.
