1 cup water
2.5 tbsp sugar
0.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
0.5 cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
oil for frying
Instructions
Heat water, 2.5 tbsp sugar, salt, and 2 tbsp oil in a saucepan until boiling.
Remove from heat and stir in flour until it forms a ball.
Beat in egg until smooth.
Heat frying oil to 375°F (190°C).
Pipe 4-inch strips of dough into hot oil using a pastry bag.
