Cinnamon Roasted Almonds

Sweet and spicy cinnamon roasted almonds make a perfect snack.

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
  2. Whisk egg white and water until frothy.
  3. Toss almonds in egg white mixture.
  4. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in separate bowl.
  5. Coat almonds with spice mixture.
  6. Spread on baking sheet.
  7. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
