Instructions

  2. Wash and thinly slice the apples, removing the core.
  3. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar (if using) evenly over the slices.
  5. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping halfway, until crisp.
  6. Let cool before serving.
