Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C).
Wash and thinly slice the apples, removing the core.
Arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar (if using) evenly over the slices.
Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping halfway, until crisp.
Let cool before serving.
