Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, chia)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix all seeds together.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  4. Stir honey, vanilla, and salt into melted chocolate.
  5. Pour chocolate mixture over seeds and mix until coated.
  6. Scoop small clusters onto the baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
