Chocolate Seed Brittle

A crunchy brittle combining chocolate and seeds for a sweet and nutritious treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler.
  3. Stir in sunflower, pumpkin, and sesame seeds.
  4. Spread mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
  7. Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Substitute seeds with nuts if preferred.
  • Use milk chocolate for a sweeter taste.
