Chocolate Dipped Apple Chips

Crispy apple chips dipped in rich chocolate for a sweet and crunchy treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 large apples
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Optional toppings: crushed nuts, shredded coconut, sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Slice apples thinly and remove seeds.
  2. Dehydrate or bake at 200°F (95°C) for 2 hours until crisp.
  3. Melt chocolate with coconut oil using a double boiler.
  4. Dip apple chips halfway into chocolate.
  5. Place on parchment paper and add optional toppings.
  6. Refrigerate 15 minutes to set chocolate.

Notes

  • Use a mandoline for even apple slices.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
