Crispy Brussels sprout chips are a delicious, healthy snack. They are easy to make and packed with nutrients.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Trim the stems and remove outer leaves from Brussels sprouts.
  3. Toss leaves with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread leaves in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy and slightly browned.
  6. Let cool before serving.
