Crispy and healthy bok choy leaf chips make a great snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups bok choy leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Wash and dry bok choy leaves thoroughly.
  3. Tear leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Toss leaves with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Spread leaves in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
  7. Let cool before serving.
