Blistered Napa Cabbage

Blistered Napa cabbage is a quick and flavorful side dish with crispy edges and tender leaves.

  • 1 small head Napa cabbage, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced Napa cabbage and spread evenly.
  3. Cook without stirring for 3-4 minutes until edges blister.
  4. Flip cabbage and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Toss and cook for 1 more minute.
  7. Serve hot.

  • Use high heat for best blistering.
